Positioning and Services

What do we do?

We develop interconnected systems of story, video, interactive 3D experiences, and structured content building blocks along the Customer Journey.

This is not just about producing individual media. First, we clarify what people should understand, feel, or do at a specific Touchpoint. Then, the appropriate content and experiences are planned, produced, and connected.

How do we differ from classic video production?

Classic video production often focuses on a single film or a clearly defined production order. We also consider what role moving images play within the entire Customer Journey.

From a shared strategic and visual foundation, different Video Components, website content, ad variations, social media formats, and other touchpoints are created. This ensures the produced material is not just used once, but can be specifically repurposed.

What services can be part of a project?

Depending on the need, a project can include strategy, Customer Journey analysis, video components, interactive 3D experiences, a content database, or ongoing support.

Not every company needs all modules. We first assess where the biggest communication and experience gaps currently exist. This results in a prioritized scope, rather than combining as many services as possible. This logic is described in more detail in the Customer Journey System.

What type of companies benefit from working with us?

Our collaboration is particularly suitable for companies and organizations whose services, places, spaces, or experiences cannot be adequately understood online with a single image or sentence.

This includes tourism businesses, construction and real estate projects, museums, venues, showrooms, and other experience-oriented companies. The industry alone is not decisive, but rather whether story, atmosphere, or spatial context are important for the target group's decision.

Getting Started and Process

How does a collaboration with us begin?

A collaboration begins with a discussion about target groups, offerings, existing content, important touchpoints, and current communication challenges.

Next, we clarify which measure can make the biggest difference first. This could be an analysis, a workshop, a clearly defined production, or the establishment of a larger content and experience system.

Can we start with a small project?

Yes. The entry point can be a single, clearly prioritized task.

This could be a header video, a series of video bullet points, an interactive 3D scene, or the organization of existing content. It is important to plan the first step so that material, structure, and visual foundation can be meaningfully expanded later.

Can existing videos, photos, or 3D models be included?

Yes. Existing videos, raw footage, photos, renderings, and suitable 3D models can first be reviewed and checked for their further usability.

This reveals which material can still be used, which content should be adapted, and where new footage or models are truly missing. Existing content is not replaced simply because a new collaboration begins. A content database then ensures order and access.content database.

What information is needed for the first meeting?

For an initial meeting, basic information about the company, its main offerings, target audiences, and current challenges is sufficient.

Links to the website, social media channels, and examples of existing content are also helpful. A fully developed strategy is not necessary. Open questions and uncertainties are part of our joint analysis.

Organization and Collaboration

Do we work with internal marketing teams and other agencies?

Yes. We work with internal marketing teams, web agencies, media agencies, social media partners, architectural firms, and other specialist partners.

At the outset, we clarify who is responsible for what, which formats are needed, and how content will be handed over. The goal is a connected Customer Journey with clear responsibilities, rather than multiple partners working independently.

How much internal effort is involved for our company?

Internal effort depends on the scope and type of the project. Typically, contact persons, information, access, approvals, and, if applicable, people or locations for production are required.

We structure decisions and coordination as bundled as possible. This means that a completely new process does not have to be started for every single video, website, or social media component.

Do we work only regionally or also nationally/internationally?

We work regionally and nationally/internationally, depending on the project.

Strategy, conception, coordination, and certain digital work steps can be carried out remotely. For shoots, spatial surveys, and on-site workshops, travel, access, scheduling, and production conditions are taken into account in the respective offer.

What usage rights do we receive for the produced content?

The specific usage rights are defined before the project begins in the respective offer or contract.

This clarifies which finished content, raw footage, versions, and editing options are part of the collaboration. A content database provides access and organization but does not replace a clear agreement on usage, editing, and distribution.

Scope, Costs, and Impact

Must video, 3D, content database, and ongoing support be commissioned together?

No. Services can be used individually or as a connected system, depending on your needs.

For example, one company might start with video components, while for another, an interactive 3D scene or organizing existing content is more important. The individual building blocks should still be integrated into a common Customer Journey logic.

How are the scope and costs of a project determined?

Scope and costs depend on the specific task, the existing source material, and the required components.

Relevant factors include strategy, shooting duration, locations, team size, post-production, format variations, spatial capture, 3D interactions, website integration, and later development. Therefore, a project is not calculated solely based on the length of a video or the number of individual files.

What happens after the first content is delivered?

After delivery, content can be used internally, published by existing partners, or integrated into anongoing supportbe further developed.

Existing material can later be re-edited, adapted for further touchpoints, or supplemented with targeted recordings. Collaboration does not have to end with every delivery but also does not create automatic permanent support without a corresponding agreement.

How is the success of the collaboration measured?

Success is evaluated based on the task of the respective content and touchpoints.

For social media, playback duration, reactions, or profile visits may be relevant. For advertising, clicks, inquiries, or cost per result can be considered. On websites, usage, interactions, and completed actions can be important.

It is crucial to define in advance what next step a piece of content should support. Reach alone is not the appropriate measure of success for every action.
